Well here at last is Vinyl Scratch (DJ-PON3), and this one I decided to do in full body form, though now I feel compeled to also do a full body sketch of Octavia since my previous was only a bust.
I like to think that part of her hair can actually glow, kinda like how I always draw Celestia and Luna's glowing mane as well.
